In IRO 3 sales in last 12 months is a good industry standard baseline. Phase out always seems to be a bit strange on CDK but I think you would want more like 1 in 9 if trying to keep parts under 12 months no sale.

IRO is where you would normally set up stocking criteria.

VRTN .... click update and enter "N" for new return and system will assign a return number. You could also just enter whatever reference number you want to use.

Manual SOR will let you create and order with a part number not in your system but when you go to roll into an order it will not let you unless you add the number. At that point it is no better than making an SOR the ...
