When I try to log in I keep getting an error. Invalid username/password specified.(SBL-UIF-00271). I have tired to clear browser history and have used multiple browsers and computers. What am I missing?

It is based on Dollar amount not quantity, so if you are taking 687 on the difference of bulk and case goods you are always going to be this way.

I believe you can in Parts Application also. I have not used in parts just service.
