After 38 years at this GM dealership, today is my Retirement Day. It has been a great job for most of those years and I have enjoyed being part of this forum. It is all about satisfying the customer isn't it? Oh wait the part is coming in shortly they can wait. For the life of me I can not understand their thinking. LOL Gotta love that great GM feeling!!!!!

From what I heard at a local parts & service club meeting in May, the DFOAB doesn't always agree with the things happening, but are told that is the way it is. Gotta Love the General.

For once I actually like this program. We have had a lot of success with it, a few glitches, but overall it works well for us. I have a contact for our area that has helped us with rewards refunds in the past.

Oh I wasn't saying it is a FedEx issue, I agree, we see damages from all delivery companies. Common sense is not something that it seems people have when it comes to shipping. I am sure we can all post stories of packaging nightmares. I do not have enough time to post all them through the years ...

Sorry I did not realize that. So much fun. If they knew how to package things properly they would not have to worry about shipping damage.

Bucko21, I wish you the best on the switch. If they didn't already sign the contract, have them call us. It is not just me that is frustrated with Tekion, our Controller and Service Manager are as well. 610-767-2883 is the parts dept. number if they want to reach out.

And this folks is another reason I have had enough. Between GM and Tekion they are making the parts department here very stressful. Hopefully I can still check in on the forum once I retire in August.
