Dealertrack Super Slow
Anybody other dealers having problems with Dealertrack being Funerally slow the past 3 days. Our IT guy says its not on our end.

We also switched from R&R to DealerCrap 4 months ago. As many on here has stated; It was pure hell when we first switched. (we are a GM Dealer and GM was on Strike which complicated everything). We did get our CSO-3 OVN part out of Chicago next day as planned. A small slice of sunshine for this black cloud that GM keeps throwing at us.

We are serviced out of PDC 030 Hudson. Have not seen Rim Orders filled since 9/16 R259. Whats weird is we have seen a few RIM items trickle in from PDC 30 that they have in inventory. Today we got 5 random parts from RIM orders R260 and R262. Have not gotten any regular CSO orders that we have ...

PDC 002 CHICAGO OVN??
Anyone out there having any luck with CSO-3 OVN orders out of PDC 002 Chicago. We have had good luck on CSO-3 OVN out of PDC 030 Hudson coming next day. I don't want to place this CSO-3 OVN if these parts are just going to sit there forever. Any advice would be appreciated.

gpr75, We bill out our DEF fluid by the part-no. and leave the GM cost and Warranty price as is. Our Warranty Clerk breaks it down for us, otherwise it turns out to be a Inventory nightmare.
