We started using X-time in February. It's working rather well to keep counter traffic down, and keeping the techs in their bays. Techs can send requests for estimates, and we can quote good-better-best, and they just added tires to the estimating system.

Anyone else find it ridiculous that GM saws a line in 2, and doesn't supply the connectors to make it whole again, and it's still $600~700?

Goodyear, Dunlop, Firestone, and Bridgestone. I look for Michelin to join the list, as they have TCI as their own distribution network. That's what happens when you get too big, the tire manufacturers saw that they could make the money they were paying ATD.
