We've been waiting months for Escalade windshields. My oldest order is from April. Talking to DPAC, they say there's over 900 backorders. Yet they show 20 on hand on PWB+. :roll:

I did a "training" class. They said the return documents should be immediately available, but the PC302 had to wait 24 hours (I think?) before you could print them.

This is from a post here last year (Thanks 2longinparts!!). This is the way I do it, and it "usually" works. If it doesn't, I contact my Dealer Liaison, who's pretty good about getting it done.

I have reynolds and reynolds, And what I have found working for us is. We create an invoice to order the parts. Pull the parts and tag with yellow painters tape the customer name and put in a pulled parts bin. When all the parts are in a print a pick ticket and one copy goes to service, the other ...

VINView/PartView
then on the left hand column click part view

It is hidden with the sales tool that allows them to track where vehicles are in the transit process to dealership.

Do you have to be a "Wholesale" dealer to see it, or maybe "phased in"? I see the VINView, but no PartView ...
