I don't have HSSR, even though I asked CDK about it a year ago, but I've had to use MSR. Just make sure you only put in from your A, B, and C sources (or those parts that may be in another source, IE maintenance parts, accessories, etc), and remember, nothing can go back that's under $8 cost, so ...

No, doesn't matter for accounting. 2081 is easier because you can clear it with a few keystrokes in 2086, and make changes in 2082.

If you have an aftermarket parts source (we use Bumper to Bumper), their online catalog has both oil type and capacity on it. Comes in handy when my counter people are looking up non-Hyundai vehicles.

If I remember right, and it's been quite a while since I was on RR, but I believe it's optional to reduce on hand or not without printing the invoice. It can be set either way.

Sounds like it's anyone that goes through the Chicago Data Center. No time frame as to when it'll be up per an email that I received. Looks like Miller Time will be starting a little earlier than planned.

I'm on CDK now after going through a buy/sell, but if I remember correctly, if the original labor type (CWI) was changed after the part was billed, it will look like another sale in the system.
I see what you're saying. Is there a way to fix that or is it just the way Reynolds works?
