Re: Dealership Change....what would you do?

Re: RPR REPORT
all information on reports can be manipulated but at face value it is pretty accurate to what is happening with your advisors-if you are looking to pay an advisor off the report or if you see something odd in the report, I would like at their pay plans to see if they are manipulating something.

Re: Warranty %
who inputs your warranty claims? if you have a warranty admin. i would check with that person. It sounds like there are some write offs going on, but you have to look at the claim statement from the manufacturer and see what kind of adjustments are being made.

Re: Warranty Outsourcing Jobs
Sounds like you need to start your own outsourcing company and invite our current employer to use your services if they wish, I would think that you would have any easy time finding clients due to the current recall / warranty pace. It seems incredibly short sighted of your current employer not to ...

Re: Warranty Oil Change Rant
Mark,
I looked like fixed manager answered yuor question.... it sounds like he doesnt adjust cost at all-so if he looses money the repair order reflects that. So if your cost is 45.00 and the factory reimbursement is 40.00 , you submit the claim for 40.00 and have a 5.00 write off on the warranty ...

You are definately not alone... our website does allow for web appointments... we typically see 40 web appointments on day on average and we also have a parts and service app that is starting to get some traction now. By the way, the app is probably the cheapest thing I have done in a long time-50 ...
