What the allowed mark up will be on parts that are matched with aftermarket pricing? I have a feeling it will be like bump the competition.

How Much work will be involved from ...

If you still have the instructions for installing the new EPC on the client side (user) get them, if not get them from Snapon website. Go thru it for that PC. It will only take a min or two. Thats what I did to fix it for me.

You are correct that a part# change would be ideal, were talking about GM. Put a note in the catalog until GM fixes it.

We have it, and its a decent system. Problem is...nobody (customers) wants to use it. If you have a large wholesale operation, it is nice because it can put the bump the comp stuff in there for you. But try and try and try, and we can't get our customers to use it.

Isn't the new catalog coming out in June? That one I am looking forward too. He's probably talking about Mypricelink. I think they talked about a June pilot.
