Re: BUMP QUESTIONS

Hello all,

I have two questions one is we have an internal body shop and when we are using the bump program with GM and it's one we have to do manually we are lowering our cost to what the lowest price is on the calculator and selling it for what is on the insurance estimate. Is this how other ...

Re: yeti Cooler

I know this is a little off topic, But did anyone else receive yeti coolers from GM. We had two come in yesterday with no packing slips addressed to Parts and Service manager. They came from Michelle Lusk @ GM. We weren't expecting anything but I guess I would take a $300 cooler if its intended for ...

We require ISC to send vehicle to us along with:

I've asked this in the Service Forum and will ask here too.

Does anyone here work at a dealership that does not have a body shop? I am curious as to how you handle the training side of things with GM in that area. Apparently the lack of a body shop and the training in that area is affecting our standing with GM on our overall training percentages.....which ...

BOGO Wiper Promo

So, GM is about to launch a nationwide ad campaign offering BOGO on Delco Wiper Blades. GM has sent out the "formula" on how dealers can get reimbursed (cost only btw) for this promotion but what they don't communicate is: (at least what I was told by our rep)

- Cannot seek reimbursement if sold ...

Re: So how's your business lately? In line? losing? Gaining?

Our overall numbers were down for the month of September vs prior year. September started off slow but the last week and a half of September we were covered up and the trend is continuing today. We are already booking appointments for the week of 9-23.

We are located in South Central Tn and only 1 ...

Re: parts returns to pdc

I have returns going back 3+ months no credit. Was told to fax copies of returns and pc302s. Now I'm told they never received them. What recourse do I have? 302s were signed by driver. First time this has happened.

You should still be given credit since you have signed pc302. Contact your PDC and ...
