There is a setting in 2321 that says "FORCE ACCEPT PAYMENT IN COUNTER SALES (Y/N)".
You could try setting that to Yes and see it that does what you are looking to do.

Did you ever get this working?
I know it can be done, I had it working at me last store but when I called R&R to try to set it up here they wouldn't help me because we get our WinFast disc from NIssan.

We first try to price match what them shipping us the part would cost them (cost + shipping + handling).
If they still want to ship us a part then we charge a 10% (of our retail price) handling fee.
Most of the time they go with our "price match".
