What the f$%k takes two weeks to conduct a vote? They can't poll the rank and file in a couple days? The UAW must have some third world country helping them with their ballot boxes. We are also on CDK, and had the exact same thing happen to us after some type of Windows update.
So we called Snap-On customer support, they remotely accessed our computers and fixed the VIN button problem
quickly. Anytime I've called these folks, they have been very helpful.

Back in June they were using: pontiacRDC at gm dot com. Not sure if it's still active.
