Re: 19383805
Trans cooler fitting problems here also. Have instructed the techs to swap from old one. Even tried using the replacement fitting from catalog which is 19210848. Same problem. We had trans line pop off one of the replacement condensers and fry the transmission. Had to eat that one. Tried to get avm ...

Re: D2D link sales
I don't invoice thru D2D. I bill the dealer direct. I think the amount in net buyer cost is what GM uses to calculate the deduction from the buyers $10000 pase allowance.

Re: BATTERY WARRANTY PAYS SHORT
To be fair we have an excellent warranty clerk. She did get an answer back from WPC and said that the new pricing sheet had not been loaded for western region and they were in the process of fixing that. As of yesterday all battery claims had been resolved and paid in full.

BATTERY WARRANTY PAYS SHORT
As of June 1st warranty has been paying short on all battery claims. I have printed out the new battery reimbursement sheet from Epic dated May 2022 and adjusted all my costs. WPC has no answers and act like the Epic sheet is wrong. Anybody else had an issue?

Re: Spark plug part# 19459511 to replace everything?
My online catalog shows the same thing. 19459511 with no history. I also have the local version which hasn't updated in 184 days. That version shows me 12622441.

Re: Snap On EPC Contract
If your individual terminals meet the minimum requirements, then you should be good to go. Just load the catalog on each computer. Yes it is a pain to do each individual terminal but it saves you from having a server. Unfortunately IT thought they new better at our dealership and gave the us ...

Re: Single use parts
It is the techs responsibility to ask for all the parts needed for repair. It is spelled out in service information what the repair procedure is and what are single use parts are. For GM it is not spelled out in the parts catalog what are single use parts. They have started to but it is so ...

Re: Global Disconnect
Waited 6 weeks for a water pump for a Cruze diesel come in today. Broken front pully. Poor packaging. One sheet of bubble wrap loose in a very thin box that says made in Italy. That box was inside a GM box about 3 times the size bouncing around.
Make a claim and try it again.

Re: Delco Battery price update
I think there are several errors on that price sheet. How can an 86PG and a 86PS cost the same. My cost on a 86PG from my ac/delco distributor is $134.60.
