It seems to work pretty well. The only thing that caught me right in the beginning is that the return says that it's approved but depending on what type f return it is the PDC still needs to process it. The document/label download buttons won't be there until they do. Which for us is usually 1 day.

Does anyone have any idea how they are going to process the GM buy 3 tires get 1 for $1? It's starting soon and I haven't heard if the fourth tire has to be on a separate line, if the service department or parts department should enter the claim on TIre Central. Also, should the tire be billed out ...

I'm not 100% sure what you're seeing on CollisionLink, but what we've seen a lot here is that things are written up as OPT OEM parts. The GM part# is on the bump program, however you can't conquest OPT parts. They have to be actual aftermarket or used parts.

On the Global main page on the top right is a double bubble (Chat with Support center) click that

Then on the next page on the bottom right there is a single bubble (Hello, have a question? Lets Chat)

Then just follow the prompts

We found a way to get in. If you log in in INCOGNITO MODE it opens no problem and all the functions seem to work

I just got a request for an engine. Do you send back all parts from the job in a separate box?

On CDK and we are using MLS to add our paint and materials to our ROs. Unfortunately, this goes to the MISC./ENVIROMENTAL line on the RO. Does anyone know how to charge out paint so it goes the PAINT & MATERIALS line?

We keep running out of GM purchases so we can only buy it from GM
