Also...they disabled ability to upgrade to CSO directly from PWB...annoying!!!

I always try to tell them what the last eight begins with. Luckily, it helps. I'm just glad most callers even know what a VIN is, these days.

I’ve been doing this many years, and we get lots of emails/texts/calls for backordered parts all the time, but I’ve probably taken 100-150 inquires this week alone for these darn TCM’s

What’s stock like with US dealers? Canadian dealers is nothing.

Any of you guys try it out yet? GM has pushed it on us hard. So far it's not bad...less tedious than the regular PWB.

Seems like it'll go one of two ways...your wholesale customers will understand and likely pass it onto their customer or you'll have some grumbles. Not sure it's worth the risk losing some customers over a $5-$10 charge. I know in our shop...we try and be diligent in how we sent drivers out. We won ...

Cannot put a part on a SPAC case, two days now, system is down. No point in calling and sitting on hold for an hour. Had an answerback this morning that read STOCK IS COMING, in other words, leave us alone and quit calling.

Gosh I wish I comprehend who/how they decide to price things. $130 label...probably costs a quarter to make.
