Re: GM RECALL N232404980
I'm newer (10 years newer :D ) to inflator/tensioner/etc returns, and wondering if there is a way to return others that aren't included in the Silverado/Sierra passenger side dash inflator OR the Traverse/Enclave/Acadia steering wheel airbag recalls? I know we can deploy them here at the dealership ...

Re: We want the Parts...YOU CAN'T *HAVE* THE PARTS !
It also seems like we're back to 076 not shipping parts in a timely manner. I have a few parts that were ordered on the 20th that show a shipment number, but have not shipped yet.
But then again, it's only been 8 days and GM appreciates my patience and understanding.

Re: damaged sprint shipments
YES, I have been running into this on every SPRINT I receive damaged, which like you say, seems to be about 75% of them lately.

Re: Order canceled due to 'New RIM Stocking Policy'
Have been experiencing the same. It seems you have to check every SINGLE order because of the risk of something cancelling out of the blue, and at any given time whether the next day or 3 months later.

Bulletin N242435631 OnStar module failure
We have had to order a number of OnStar modules which have failed when trying to perform Bulletin #: N242435631 Serial Data Gateway Module reprogramming.
We've learned, from the Specmo website, that "If a module fails, the part will have to be customer pay/non-warranty , or the dealership has the ...

Re: 194 bulb new part number
I use www dot clips and fasteners dot com for all my non-headlamp bulbs, rivets, retainers, etc. Saves $$$$$ and they are literally the EXACT SAME parts. I price the bulbs lower than list to try and accommodate the customer.

TPMS Mess
Any suggestions on good TPMS sensors to use until the second coming occurs and we can actually get a flippin' tire pressure sensor from this multi-billion-dollar corporation?

RIM orders "Held"
Our PDC is 030 Hudson. Over the past number of months, and especially the past 2-3 months, they have been "Holding" RIM orders for an additional day "due to staffing constraints" etc etc. It has now become the norm with our RIM parts not getting re-stocked for at least 3 days.

Re: Facility 087
I'm in Wisconsin, and if Hudson doesn't have it (or Chicago) it WILL be, at a minimum, 7 days before we see anything. It seems to be getting worse every day. Cincinnati is another terrible one: It takes 3,4,5 days to get the part SHIPPED. Yes, 087 has been terrible for a number of months now. Lately ...
