Well I got it figured out, my role was set to parts counter person instead of service advisor. So if anyone else has this problem, that could be why.

Hi, I'm having trouble getting global connect (autopartners[dot]net) to display labor time under SI. It will show me warranty time but not regular. I've tried chrome, internet explorer and firefox all with the same results. Anyone else ever come across this?
