Recently made the switch from CDK to dealertrack after 20 years. It's a disaster. I have created a bin that I dedicate to my monthly returns.Put everything in that bin on the return then go through inventory that is obsolete.

They are only paid if the shrink wrap is intact.....or reapplied. I cant recall getting many damaged ones since they started to ship them with the tabs up and wrapped. 10 Years ago it was a real problem.

As far as I understand it, They are working from home. Honda has had us emailing for p-up, BOL comes like a week later
