I was just informed by GM that there is no 0W20 Dexos 2 Diesel oil to be had anywhere at this time. Can't tell me why, or explain to me how we are to service customer vehicles. It just gets better and better.

Why can't I get parts from Lansing or Willow Run within a week? Is anyone else having his level of difficulty?

I've found that the privilege gets abused by employees. Especially when they have been allowed to "charge" by previous management.

The way I'm understanding this new system is basically, they want us to do their work too.

Does everyone have a receptionist or service department that just blindly shotguns calls to parts every day that have nothing to do with parts?

Nissan and Dealertrack..... The only advice I can offer is find a good therapist.

DealerTrack is useless. But its cheaper so that makes it appealing to the owners.

We are at $60. Not one customer complaint.
