Re: GM Pricing

I don't think I've ever seen a mid month price change from GM. Certainly not one of this magnitude. We hold our quotes for 30 days regardless of MoM change, so I've been burned (slightly) a few times. This price increase seems expansive. I had heard (can't remember where) there was a 4.5% increase ...

Re: Damaged Sprint Process

Currently taking jaybirds advise and submitting it on PWB, because that's how I want it to work. If that falls through, I 'll do the RIM thing that I think should have nothing to do with this (but also I work for GM so I know it doesn't have to make sense).

Damaged Sprint Process

I recall something coming out about how to not get these all rejected, and I think it's to do with the order/shipment number.

1. do I use DS or my admin PDC as the ship facility?
2. I think I'm supposed to put the GM order number in both the GM order number field and the shipment number field.
3 ...

Air bag return

hello,

Our email servers got reset, I can't find the email (and the process) outlined to send back pallets of 83404240s. I know it is to email "scofieldaction@somethingorother dot something". Anyone able to lend a hand?

Re: CollisionLink + MPL

So I found that PRICE6 matches list, and mapped the master update to have List update from Price6.

In theory this works on all the numbers I have tried.

Does anyone know a situation where PRICE6 and LIST do not match?

CollisionLink + MPL

Reviewed with OEC today, our cancellation of CollisionLink cancels population of List Prices through MPL.

What a load of hot garbage. I have to pay hundreds of dollars a month for a crappy service that generates no additional profit in my market area, just so I can auto update the LIST price on my ...

Re: OEC Fraudulent Business Practices

Oh yes, it's awful. They need 30 days written notice to cancel. Who should you send that to? You don't know, they don't know, and by the way we are gonna update your inventory two times a day and tell you who's parts are actually available for another 100 bucks a month! oh btw never trust the "oh ...

MPL working?

Hi everyone, I just wanted to check and see if those of you on CDK have been able to get MPL to login to populate list prices? I assumed it was down last month for third party integration issues with CDK, but it's slowing me down quite a bit and I can't get ahold of my OEC rep just now.
