so.. i have tried to get in all of the training, but some how the links and the class is never there..

are ya'll printing the labels on a regular printer like the core tags ?
if you want the ones with adhesive backing go to the 1store and order part@ PC5521, you get 100 sheets for labels per ...

Currently taking jaybirds advise and submitting it on PWB, because that's how I want it to work. If that falls through, I 'll do the RIM thing that I think should have nothing to do with this (but also I work for GM so I know it doesn't have to make sense).

our gm service rep was here today..

he said as of right now. new unsold units that pass the initial inspection process would rec 0w40 and the cap for the rest of its life.. now if it got and engine replacement, it would go back to 0w20.. amazing

I recall something coming out about how to not get these all rejected, and I think it's to do with the order/shipment number.

1. do I use DS or my admin PDC as the ship facility?
2. I think I'm supposed to put the GM order number in both the GM order number field and the shipment number field.

just ran the thumb drive update i got yesterday and that seemed to fix it

we are on automate. it has a function to calculate a list price when the price tape does not have it..

mine is set at 1.67 mark up. it is close , but not exact list price. we are a small dealer and have never used collision link

ok so my dealer laison who is pretty cool and a lot of help showed me this

parts workbench plus shipments then print all

that is everything that shipped today.. looks different, but it will work

great news.. after a 20 minute hold with parts workbench... they assured me they were aware of this.
