Discounts on RO's affecting gross profit
Posted: Tue Nov 28, 2017 3:03 pmAnybody else see on RO's where there is a core ON then Off where the service writer applies a discount and it discounts the price of the core, then when it is credited it's not discounted and taking the difference out of the gross ?
