How often do you guys reconcile your SPO deposit account and how long do you let the deposits say in there until you bring them back to gross?

Well, as of this month I personally am going to review it bi-weekly. Funny this topic came up... my office manager just decided out of the blue to look at the SPO depo account, and found an reversed SPO that the cashier did incorrectly, and charged back the parts dept the entire amount.....$1,600.
Oh, and did I mention this was the 1st time she's looked at that account in a long time? The error was made 16 months ago by people that don't even work here anymore (Counterperson or cashier)
