Work in process #???

Ok, here's the deal. I run a 20 and I get a figure for parts work in process, just like I always do for the end of the month. So just for kicks I ask the service manager if he could tell me what I had for work in progress in parts. And what do you know, he told me a different number. He ran a Work In Process Sales By Type. Who has the correct number? Mine says $4852.73, he says $4544.00...and we ran the report at the same time.

His doesn't show parts Counter Tickets on Hold or at the cashier.

Do a 94 from the Invoicing screen to see what's at the Cashier.

Do a 60 and then F4 sort by type to see held Invoices.
