Is anyone having problems with Ford tire program and Arkona? Particularly, not getting data on a timely basis causing the dealership to be out of compliance by one day. Are you able to get more than one data extraction to OE Connection?

The Ford Tire Data is transferred through our DCS Application; it is something we set up on our side. If you feel youre having issues with the information being sent, please give support a call.
Oe Connection can be set up for multiple extractions, when setting up the data extraction select two separate times of day for the data to be sent. You may want to delete the existing data extraction, and create a new one, remember to write down all the information from the first data extraction before deleting.
