Has anyone else had this problem? Multiple GL errors on RO's and invoice. The worst part is that it is messing with my GL accounts!

It happened to me sometime right after the 2nd quarter started. I have my accounting HIGHLY customized to track a lot of different things, and to put everything in the right accounts (parts, cores, tires, oil, accessories, ect) so i can see what I'm selling easily. I lost all my customizations, and had a heck of a time fixing it. I also lost all my wholesale discount levels and it reset everyone to taxable retail.

I had the cost of a transmission hit the Oil GL account! You can imagine how our reconcilitation went until we checked every transaction in the GL account! It's still happening. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
