Thanks for the reply Ray. I can see the available accounts after F4 but I dont see Mitsu parts accounts, defined as Mitsu acounts. Is there someone who I could call for help. This has been going on for over a month and I need to get some help. Our office manager doesnt seem to offer any help for me or our service mgr. She told him to call you guys for help.
