Mitsubishi setup

Thanks for the reply Ray. I can see the available accounts after F4 but I dont see Mitsu parts accounts, defined as Mitsu acounts. Is there someone who I could call for help. This has been going on for over a month and I need to get some help. Our office manager doesnt seem to offer any help for me or our service mgr. She told him to call you guys for help.

MOPARHD,

If your accounts are not in the system, then I would bet someone did not contact our sales department to add Mitsu to your dealerships contract.
