What do people think of the news of Dealer Track purchasing Arkona?

Dealer Track is a huge organization involved with many dealer bodies across the nation. I would think that the huge amount of resources, experience and financial support could only help ARKONA to continue on the incredible growth track and be better in the future. I look forward to seeing the Dealer Track influence in the near future.

I am hopeful that the company's products will continue to evolve and become even better than they are now. I am hopeful that the influx of capital will speed up some projects, and that ARKONA/DealerTrack will in the end become a Tier 1 DMS.

Matt, can you list the different DMS tiers and who is where?

Not sure if I am the best person to do so as I work for ADP and thus may be considered 'bias' in the rankings. With that said, certainly the largest three in terms of clients are ADP, R+R/UCS, and Autosoft.
