Arkona allows us to make mistakes 50X faster than we could with ADP. They say no change but customer service has become worse since they were bought. Wait times are longer and like they do not have the time to help as they did. Almost like o a quota. It is easy to teach new people but tht is because it is simple and not at all geared to the fixed side. After working with it it was developed by and for accounting. As log as it stays inexpecive (CHEAP) owners will have us use.

I'm finding that my "concerns" are being answered faster, but I'm still having difficulty getting problems resolved. I find the system unstable and inconsistant. What works today doesn't work tomorrow and its not always the same thing.
