Here's a question for anyone looking. Since we came on the system in August my gross percentages have dropped from when we were on ADP. Repair shop, Wholesale, Internal....pretty much everything's down 1-2%. We don't use a price matrix, and we didn't before either and I don't really want to start using one.
Did anyone else experience this same thing? Are you using any safeguards to prevent selling with low margins?
