What are ya'll using? When we were on EDS, we had ESP (Expert Service Pricing) and it would give you a price, PLUS show the Service Dept if we had the parts in stock.

We where on UCS prior to Arkona with UCS we had the SME and Price Guide with Arkona we have nothing. We have tried several aftermarket programs such as Mitchel 1 and some other independent ones. We are cusrrently going on the AlldataPro Office program it looks like its going to work for us. We where totally interfaced with e-mail and quote system with UCS. We have struggles going back to paper again but we going to try AlldataPro. Sent me an e-mail and I will let you know how it works for us If you are interested. silcox@spradleybarr.com....
