problems with Arkona.......

I've got many. Printer setups changed and nobody at Arkona help can fix the problem and get it back the way it was. I was on the phone for THREE hours.......
Arkona support sucks. I'm trying to run a business and I have to spend 3 hours on the phone to get my printer right????
