I've noticed that no one from Arkona is responding to posts on this Forum. Does anyone know if Rod Merril still works for Arkona? I e-mailed him but did not get a response.

Rod does still work (far too hard at times) for ARKONA. He's up to his elbows in alligators right now working on the RAPID replacement intergration project.

Anytime I ask a question here I get a response from someone at ARKONA, or a private email from another dealer, which is great. I love talking to another dealer about the system, and how they use it, it's so much better than just seeing the canned system and use at ARKONA. The best training I ever had on ANY DMS system was the Advanced Parts Managers sessions they had a few years ago.

How long with Arkona? What system did you come from? what position do you hold?

Parts Manager. (Also Warranty Admin now) GM dealership, been on ARKONA almost 4 yrs now.
