Honda dealers on Arkona

Are there any Honda dealers out there on Arkona who have the data extraction working for the parts locator? On Wensday, a bunch of Arkona Honda dealers(including me with no warning), had their parts locator shut off because of Arkona is not supported with DMI. Now I find out it going to take all but an act of congress to get it back up. Some answers would be nice, maybe Rod M could shed some light on this.

We've had no problems that I know of. How were you notified? I know that awhile back you had to sign off on an agreement for data extraction.

I was not notified at all!!!! We only found out when we kept checking parts and nobody had them in the state. Then I checked an oil filter and the locator said no one in the USA had one in stock!!!!

Update:
I just got everything work out and set up in Arkona. I anybody needs help with the settings just let me know.
PS. A nasty e-mail to AHM in California and to my DPSM worked wonders!!!
