CRM Tool:

Is there anyone using this Arkona Tool??

I find it very difficult to get properly trained on this product and make it work in my Dealership!!!! I keep asking but nothing happens with the training??? So If anyone is using this package please advise.......

Not currently authorized to use it, but I'd love to see what it could do for us, especially in service. Anyone from ARKONA want to tell me more?
