Honda 06312-P8A-506RM Starter

Any other Honda dealers on Arkona have a problem with this part number on the special order system? A number of times the SO system will not pick it up in the order batch and now I can't remove it from the RO. This is about the 4th time in the last 8 months.

Manchester Honda,
We found the issue; the part was in the factory master as a core therefore our system could not order just a core. We cleared the old order, and I ran another test order, it went through successfully.
