arkona Chrysler dealers no IE file

any chrysler dealers on arkona not being able to receive or send any aro stock orders this is the worst system evvvver. Chrysler will not generate stock orders because they are not receiving inventory extract files (IE). We have been on our own since Monday. Just received this message from Chrysler--Arkona/DealerTrack (Arkona) has been experiencing a technical issue since Monday 4/12/2010 that they are working to correct. The Inventory Extract (IE) file was not sent for your dealership which prevented ARO from generating your normal daily order.

You should have recieved a ARO order this morning, we did have some communication issues, but they are fixed and everything should be back to normal.
