Honda P149 order not clearing out

I use Honda IN realtime, so this pushes information from Honda IN into arkona for me, such as updates location of parts referals on orders ect. It also pushes information to the stock order screen when Honda sends out any promotional orders to me. However they always show to have not parts in the order and I cannot remove them. I have tried to redownload them, which changes them back to an edit status, and then I can delete them. However, they come back. Sometimes in a day, sometimes 2 days. Last I spoke to the support they said they did not have a fix and that I would either have to put up with it, or turn off the Honda IN realtime. Anyone have any other suggestions?

We are aware of the issues and are working the fix. We believe this should be fixed soon but do not have a eta.
