Core Inventory logic is not accurate. part numbers that were just added to system, billed (quantity of 1)on an RO and core returned.
Arkona shows quantity of 2 cores in the system.. I found this on three numbers this morning.

We have identified an issue with core part numbers that are not part of your normal inventory file. Our engineering department is working on a fix for this issue under our "911" case management process, meaning that it is one of the highest priority cases we have assigned to them.
At this time I cant yet give a promise date yet when the fix will be available, but I do believe it will be soon.

I keep cores in a separate stocking group, and direct that stocking group to 242A, just to keep things clean. You have to remember when you do an outside purchase to put the core part # in the core stocking group BEFORE you do the EP.
