RIM with Dealertrack (parts question)

I am with a GM dealer and we are possibly switching from ADP to Dealertrack. I was looking for opinions on Dealertrack vs ADP and Reynolds and things they do well and things not so well.
Also if anyone knows if i can import my RIM policies and view them in the DMS against my sales history ( i can do this in ADP)
