Ford Around the Wheel TIMS receipting ?

For those dealers using TIMS, when you receive tires setup on the TIMS system where the tires are automatically shipped to you and not ordered through the stockorder function, how do you receipt those tires. I'm also running into this problem with receiving backorders from before we went live. How do you receipt parts that just show up and were not ordered through the stockorder function ? Thanks, Lee
