we are a chevy-buick dealership. rarely do we exp. any trouble communicating with dcs.

Anyone using their iAccess version of the hosted DMS? What has your experience been?

The dealer I am working with is in the process of installing ACS access. We have some concerns using the follow up system. ACS is working with us, but i wondered if anyone else does aggressive customer follow up, both sales and service thru the ACS system.

I am currently looking for one that will interface with Toyota if anyone knows of one.

Unfortunately, you can use ADP or R+R for Toyota. Hopefully, this will open up with STAR
