GM Checklist

When I was a F AND I a while back, my GM had a very simple one page check list of key "items" to check in his store. It served him very well as he had a very well run and profitable store. Do any of you have such a list and would you share it with me. I think my opportunity is very close. He had things he checked daily, some weekly and other bi-weekly. All help would be appreciated.
