Bill/Banknote Counter

Hi, I'm a new member in these forums. Over the years, I have had quite a few customers paying cash for used and new cars. I've never had a problem until recently, when one gentleman paid over 10k for a car. When we went to deposit the funds in our account, the bank reported that 2k of it were counterfeit notes, interspersed with genuine notes. Obviously we were very unhappy with the situation and have instructed our staff to carefully check each note before giving a customer the keys.

We're going to invest in a machine that will do this automatically. Anyone know of a good place to order one?

If you are based in the UK or Europe you could try http://www.airgead.ie They supply bill counters (or banknote counters) all over Europe as far as I know. We got one a while back and it counts notes perfectly. Don't know about fake/counterfeit notes. Have a look on the site
