Thanks for all your reply's. We are working on our action plans for the new year. Some easy wins like accessories (remote starts) are one area. We do fight an old reputation issue but are slowly working that. We do direct mail with minimal success. We are not tracking our sales customers though. We need to develop s disciplined contact approach and commit to booking next appoinments. I am gettting the excuse that the system will only book on the monday of the week. Our customers are definately servicing where they work (out of town). Do seniors discounts work? We seem to have good penetration on QC Maintenance program and first appointments booked are 90+ percent. We have a display that has several filters cut in half to show quality differences.
