With the new regulations on car washing we are considering digging our own well and purchasing a "water truck"
any suggestions on cleaning 300 cars per day?

out here a water truck is not the way but the only way
you should speak to an upfitter in your area about doing what you need for your needs
be careful not to buy something too big
as it must manuever around tight spots
