Hi everyone, I’ve recently been promoted to a general manager position at an automotive dealership, and while I’m excited, I’m also feeling a bit overwhelmed. One of my biggest priorities is figuring out how to motivate and support my sales team to hit their goals consistently.

I’ve been looking into different management strategies and came across Automotivaters, which offers training and coaching specifically for automotive sales teams and managers. It seems like they focus on building strong, productive teams, but I’m wondering if anyone here has used their services or has other recommendations for boosting team performance?

What’s worked for you in managing a dealership? Any tips on setting realistic goals, keeping morale high, or incentivizing the team without adding too much pressure? I’d really appreciate any advice from those with experience!
