Increasing Accesories Sales

Well hello!

Any ideas to boost up accesories sales in all dealer departments?

Marketing tools works well but what else do you try? How can I measure that it works.

Since no one else has responded how about this:
1- Accessorize your own vehicles
2- Position them around a display of accessory items
3- Pay a 10-15% commission to any employee who facilitates the sale of accessories to a customer. Sales person, F&I Service advisor, parts counter can be talking about these items. I'd really focus the salespeople on it because accessories personalize that car so that there is no other car like it and the customer has to buy it from you!
4- track it on sales and commissions paid
