Has anyone here used the services of this company or know anyone who has? Have you heard of or about them? I'm considering and being considered for a trainers position.

The way it was explained is that dealers who want to hire sales staff form a relationship with Etail. Etail advertises the position, conducts interviews, selects candidates that meet the criteria for employment, and provided them with about two days of training. At that point the dealer has options of who (if anyone) he will hire.

The dealer apparently pays little or nothing up front. The "students" are expected to pay $629 with the promise that IF HIRED the dealer will reimburse in 90-days, providing they're still there of course.

In addition, "students" are promised job placement assistance from Etail for life.

My gut is a little queezy on this. I appreciate any information or thoughts anyone can provide.
